1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BoardBuy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

BoardBuy provides e-scrap and electronics buyback services. We purchase circuit boards, CPUs, RAM, and other electronic components from individuals and businesses. Our service includes providing quotes, generating shipping labels, receiving and processing materials, and issuing payments.

3. Quote Process

• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and current market prices.
• Final payment amounts may differ from initial quotes based on actual items received, their condition, and weight verification.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time based on market conditions.

4. Shipping Requirements

• You are responsible for properly packaging items to prevent damage during shipping.
• Hazardous materials, including batteries, must be removed before shipping.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Minimum shipment weight of 15 lbs is recommended to offset shipping costs.

5. Accepted Materials

We accept most electronic scrap including circuit boards, CPUs, RAM, and related components. We do NOT accept:

• Batteries of any kind
• CRT monitors or televisions
• Items containing mercury or other hazardous materials
• Stolen property
• Items with obvious contamination (oil, chemicals, etc.)

6. Payment Terms

General

• Payment is issued within 2-3 business days after processing your shipment.
• You may choose to receive payment via PayPal or cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT, BTC, or SOL).
• Minimum payout threshold is $10. Amounts below this may be held until accumulated.
• All payout values are denominated in US Dollars (USD). For cryptocurrency payouts, the equivalent amount of the selected coin is sent at the time of payment.

PayPal Payments

• You must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive PayPal payments.
• We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect PayPal addresses provided by you.

Cryptocurrency Payments

• Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible. Payments sent to an incorrect wallet address cannot be recovered.
• You are responsible for providing a valid wallet address that supports the selected cryptocurrency and network.
• USDC, USDT, and SOL are sent via the Solana network. BTC is sent via the Bitcoin network.
• Bitcoin payouts are subject to network confirmation times, which may range from 10 minutes to over an hour depending on network congestion.
• BoardBuy is not responsible for any losses resulting from wallet incompatibility, incorrect addresses, or blockchain network issues.
• The USD value of your payout is locked at the time we initiate the transaction. Fluctuations in cryptocurrency value after the transaction is sent are not our responsibility.

7. Ownership and Title

By shipping items to BoardBuy, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the items or are authorized to sell them. Title and ownership of items transfer to BoardBuy upon our receipt and acceptance of the shipment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoardBuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoardBuy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
